Privacy Policy
WiWiG ("WiWiG", "we", "us") is operated by All You Can App, Inc. This policy explains what we collect when you use wiwig.app and the WiWiG apps, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Waitlist and seller-interest forms: your email, and for sellers the name, shop link, conventions, and product details you choose to share.
- Your account: email, display name, handle, and app preferences such as your theme.
- Activity: sellers you follow, events you save, and your reservations and pickup passes.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers or bank details. Sellers give identity and payout details directly to Stripe during onboarding.
How we use it
- To run WiWiG: show catalogs, hold reservations, generate pickup passes, and let sellers redeem them.
- To email you about your account, orders, or — if you joined the waitlist — our launch.
- To keep the service secure and prevent fraud.
We don't sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
- Sellers see what's needed to fulfil your reservation (for example your pickup code and order items).
- Service providers who run WiWiG for us: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (website hosting), and Google Workspace (email).
- Legal requests when required by law.
Storage on your device
The WiWiG app stores your sign-in session and preferences (like theme) in your browser or device storage. This landing page doesn't use tracking cookies.
Your choices
You can edit your profile in the app, unsubscribe from launch emails at any time, or ask us to access or delete your data by emailing support@wiwig.app. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including to know, delete, and correct personal information; we honor them for everyone.
Children
WiWiG isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
