Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of WiWiG (wiwig.app and the WiWiG apps), operated by All You Can App, Inc. ("we", "us"). By using WiWiG you agree to them.

What WiWiG is

WiWiG is a marketplace that lets independent sellers at conventions list items, and lets buyers reserve and pay for them ahead of time and pick them up in person. Sellers — not WiWiG — sell the items. Each seller is the merchant of record for their sales and is responsible for their listings, item quality, pickups, refunds, disputes, and any taxes on their sales.

Accounts

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. Give accurate information and tell us if you think your account has been misused. You must be at least 13, and under 18 only with a parent or guardian's involvement.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe and go directly to the seller's own Stripe account. WiWiG charges sellers a platform fee on each sale, disclosed before they sell. Sellers agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. WiWiG does not hold buyer or seller funds.

Reservations and pickup

A reservation holds an item for pickup at the convention shown on your pass. Bring your pass to the seller's booth or the listed pickup zone during the convention. If a seller can't fulfil an order, they're responsible for refunding you. Contact the seller first; if you can't reach them, email us and we'll help.

What you can't sell or do

• No counterfeit, stolen, or illegal items, and nothing that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark.
• No misleading listings, fake reviews, or attempts to move a WiWiG sale off-platform to avoid fees.
• No abuse, harassment, scraping, or interfering with the service.

We may remove listings or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your content

Sellers keep ownership of their artwork, photos, and descriptions, and give us permission to display them to run and promote WiWiG.

Disclaimers and liability

WiWiG is provided "as is". We aren't a party to sales between buyers and sellers and don't guarantee items, sellers, or conventions (which may change or be cancelled). To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim relating to WiWiG is limited to the fees we received for the transaction involved, or $100 if none.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will post changes here. California law governs these terms.
